He has led high-impact projects throughout Europe, the Middle East, and emerging markets, combining operational detail with long-term strategic vision.
Michael began his career with global brands including Red Bull and Reckitt Benckiser before moving into entrepreneurship and independent consulting across agriculture, real estate, investment, and hospitality sectors.
After several years in Dubai focused on development projects and capital raising, he now works on boutique advisory and project management assignments relating to real estate, hospitality, wellness, golf and destination-led assets across the Mediterranean region.
Gregory is a veteran corporate leader with over 40 years of global experience driving strategy, transformation, and operational excellence across Fortune 500 companies and mission-driven ventures. His career includes senior roles and advisory positions within the likes of Boeing, Airbus, DHL Global, Emirates Group, Integrated Service Solutions under the Investment Corporation of Dubai, and Mubadala.
As Chairman & CEO of Hulul Mustadama Investments in the UAE, Gregory leads a private strategic house that builds, structures, and executes multi-sector investment platforms across sovereign initiatives, real-economy acquisitions, advanced infrastructure, and high-impact development projects. Operating at the intersection of sovereign influence and global family offices, Hulul Mustadama is sector- and jurisdiction-agnostic, enabling it to pursue opportunities wherever strategic relevance and long-term value creation align.
